Apartments of about 35m² with one bedroom and a small balcony (on upper floors) or direct access to the courtyard (on the ground floor). All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom. These apartments have a maximum capacity of 3 people, using a sofa bed. The building features a communal self-service laundry with washers and dryers.
