Apartments of approximately 35m² featuring one bedroom and either a small balcony (upper floors) or direct access to the courtyard (ground floor). All our apartments include a kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. These apartments accommodate a maximum of 3 people, utilizing a sofa bed. The building features a communal self-service laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
